News What People are saying about Western Display Fireworks
Des Moines Waterland Festival:
"For the past 16 years, a firework display has capped off our opening night festivities at the Des Moines Waterland Festival, sponsored by the Greater Des Moines (Wash.) Chamber of Commerce. Our attendance is huge that night, and it's standing-room-only in the Beach Park, which affords the best view of the display. For two years now we've worked with Western, and they are amazing! Ultra-professional, they use the latest technology, they're personable, and they are totally willing to work with us to give us the best quality display for our money, and since last year's excellent first-time effort from Western at Waterland, our opening-night attendance is even higher. Our firework display brings in a great number of people who return to the festival for a second or third day of fun. Our festival is held at the end of July each year, and even though it's only a few weeks after July 4th celebrations, we know many people have a tough time getting to see large displays, particularly the downtown Seattle ones when July 4 falls on a weeknight. We think our firework display is the perfect way to open up our festival for its 5 days of fun, and our attendees seem to agree. Since signing on with Western, we've gotten lots of comments such as, "That was the best firework display in Des Moines I've EVER seen!" and "Awesome show!" We agree". "Wow!...What shells! We just can't believe you can do it each year, but you do. New shells, brighter colors, new effects...absolutely great. It is truly a pleasure to do business with honest, friendly people like yourselves. The handling of our account over the past years has been a wonderful relationship: one we hope can continue for many years to come... again, thanks for the quality, quantity, your honesty and your friendship". Jim Larson, Fort Vancouver Fourth of July Committee
